GUWAHATI: The AASA (All Adivasi Students' Association) on Tuesday stated that they are not satisfied with the State Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma's announcement to construct 119 schools in tea gardens.
"The State government has less than one year left of its tenure. Thus, how will they construct 119 schools within this period?" questioned AASA president Stephen Lakra. The body stated that it is a strategy by the BJP to gather votes for the forthcoming polls.
