ACS officer Bornali Tamuli allegedly secured Job through fake caste certificate: Reports

Guwahati: In yet another shocking incident, a report has been surfaced in a web portal stating that an ACS officer Bornali Tamuli has allegedly secured her job by producing a fake caste certificate.

As per the report, the committee on Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes of Assam Legislative Assembly on Wednesday announced the caste certificate of Tamuli as fake. Reportedly the committee further asked the concerned department to initiate an investigation against Tamuli.

The reports further stated that she was married to one person belonging to the scheduled caste community but her father does not belong to the Scheduled Caste community.

Furthermore, the media report also highlighted the fact that the Tamuli has allegedly concealed the facts and misled the APSC and District Administration for her personal benefits.
