All India Vedic Astrological Meet From September 19 At Pragjyoti ITA Centre

Guwahati: The 3rd All India Vedic Astrological conference is going to be held from September 19 to September 22 at the Pragjyoti ITA Centre, Machkhowa that is co-organized by the Vedic Astrological Research Society and Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage, Guwahati. Addressing the media in a press meet organized at Guwahati Press Club on Sunday, All India Vedic Astrological Conference Committee 2019, president Dr. Kumud Sarma Sastri said, “On September 19 Shri Shri Navagraha Yagya is organized for world peace from 8 am till 4 pm. We’re expecting more than 300 delegates outside Assam and we’ll try to maintain our guest expertise.”

Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal will inaugurate the first day of programme which will be observed as Srimanata Sankaradeva and Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika day. The meeting will be presided over by Dr. Ramkrishna Sastri from Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage. September 21 will be observed as Mahapurush Madhavdeva Day and will be inaugurated by Minister Keshab Mahanta and Dr. Pitambara Dev Goswami will light the lamp in the memory of Mahapurush Madhavdeva. On September 22 BJP State president Ranjit Kumar Das will attend the conference as the chief guest.
