Assam Government issued order for reshuffle of IAS, ACS officers

GUWAHATI: The Assam Government has issued an order for reshuffle of a few IAS and ACS officers. The notification was issued by the Deparment of Personnel, Government of Assam.

According to the notification, Pabitra Ram Khaund, IAS (SCS-2010), Secretary to the Government of Assam, Irrigation Department, and Member, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class III Posts, Assam, has been posted as Secretary to the Government of Assam, Water Resources Department, as additional charge.

Bhaskar Phukan, IAS (SCS-2011), Secretary to the Government of Assam, Housing & Urban Affairs Departrnent, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Coordination to Chief Secretary, Assam.

Rahul Kumar Gupta, IAS (RR-2019), Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary, Assam, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government of Assam, Home & Political Department.

Diwakar Nath Misra, IAS (RR 2000), on his reversion from central deputation, is posted as Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Transformation & Development Department.

Diwakar Nath Misra, IAS, is also posted as Director, Assam Administrative Staff College as additional charge while Vijaylakshmi Barua, ACS (DR-93), Director of Training, Assam Administrative Staff College, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Cultural Affairs Department.
