Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (AGVB) Felicitates Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma

GUWAHATI: Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (AGVB) today felicitated Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on his assuming office of the Chief Minister of Assam and wished that under the able and dynamic leadership of Dr. Sarma, Assam will be amongst the top developed states of the country.

Debasish Gangopadhyay, Chairman of the bank also briefed the Chief Minister about the performance of the bank in extending credit to the rural areas of the state and requested for support and guidance from the Govt. of Assam. Chief Minister also assured all possible help from the Govt. of Assam. During the felicitation programme, Bank's General Manager Manoj Kumar Das and Head of the Department of Planning and Development Ramkrishna Sarma were also present.
