Assam Police Arrested NLFB Cadre in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A cadre of the newly created insurgent outfit, National Liberation Front of Bodoland (NLFB) has been nabbed by the police in Guwahati. According to Noonmati police in an operation along with city crime branch, the suspected NLFB cadre has been identified as Dipak Choudhury alias Delong and has claimed that he is the General Secretary of the outfit.

The NLFB cadre was arrested from 2 number Salbari Hills in Noonmati and working as a Rapido driver with a vehicle bearing number AS-01-EK-1531. Choudhury hails from Goreswar in Baksa district and was staying in Guwahati for the last three months at his brother-in-law Biswajit Rai's residence.
