Assam: Youth caught while snatching mobile phone in Guwahati city

GUWAHATI: Basistha police caught a snatcher while snatching a mobile phone at Beharbari today. The snatcher named Prateem Das hails from Lokhra. The police seized two mobile sets and a bike from his possession.
