ATM-card snatcher nabbed

Guwahati: An East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) team from the Dispur Police Station arrested one Ramdiya, a resident of Hisar in Haryana, from the Six Mile area for snatching ATM cards. According to police sources, 17 ATM cards of various banks were recovered from his possession.
