Basistha Police arrested youth with fake notes in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Basistha Police recovered fake notes with a face value of Rs 7.50 lakh from a youth, Biki Ahmed, near Khanapara Veterinary Field here on Friday night. The fake notes of 500-rupee denomination were in 15 bundles. Biki hails from Goreswar in Baksa district. The police registered a case (213/2021) against him.
