Bhangagarh Police arrested thief in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Bhangagarh Police arrested a thief named Mintu Ali of Ameonagar. The police recovered a stolen mobile handset from his possession. The police registered a case (247/22 u/s 379 IPC) against him.
