Bharalamukh Police Arrested Mobile Thieves at Athgaon Bazaar

GUWAHATI: Two cell phones were stolen from one Saifuddin Ahmed at Athgaon Bazaar on November 22. Ahmed filed a case (779/19 U/S 380) at Bharalamukh police station. Bharalamuk police caught the thieves -- Rajiv Ali and Mubarak Ali, both of Dhirenpur, on Sunday. Based on their confessional statements, the police later caught the buyer of the cell phones, Ashraful Islam. Islam sold one of the cell phones to Sanjit Rabi Das, who was also arrested.
