BJP training programme ends at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra

GUWAHATI: A three-day training programme of office-bearers of the State BJP, including party district presidents and secretaries, concluded at the Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra here on Monday.

The training was imparted on 15 topics to around 200 participants.

Attending the programme as one of the resource person, BJP's national vice-president and Assam in-charge Baijayant Jay Panda spoke about the foreign policy of the Central Government. The other resource persons at the training programme included BJP's co-in-charge of Assam Pawan Sharma, national secretary Dilip Saikia, Cabinet Ministers Ranjit Kumar Dass, Ashok Singhal, Jayanta Malla Baruah and the Chief Minister's Education Advisor Nani Gopal Mahanta.

State BJP president Bhabesh Kalita was present at the inaugural and valedictory functions of the training programme.
