BJP's monthly magazine 'Asomiya BJP Barta' released in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: During the high voltage second phase of Assam Assembly election, the 52nd Edition of State BJP's monthly magazine 'Asomiya BJP Barta' was released at the State head office of the party in Hengerabari here on Thursday.

Launching the manifesto, senior party leader and editor of 'Asomiya BJP Barta', Dr Debadutta Barkotoky said that for the first time the 'ISSN' (International Standard Serial Number) number of the monthly magazine has been included in this April edition.

Barkotoky also said that the launching event scheduled during the time of second phase of Assembly polls because of the interest taken by State BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass. He added, "It's indeed a pleasant experience to release the manifesto on the first day of the month."

Among those present on the occasion were the convener of the party's State media cell Dewan Dhruba Jyoti Maral (who hosted the event), co-convener Krishna Nath besides other members of the party.
