Body recovered from Brahmaputra river bank

GUWAHATI: A body was recovered from Brahmaputra river bank in Guwahati on Saturday morning. The identification of the deceased has not yet been confirmed. According to sources, the locals discovered the body first and immediately informed the police. In the Panbazar area, at Rojadua ghat near Sukreswar temple, the body was discovered lying on the river bank. According to the police, a complete post-mortem will be done to identify the cause of death.
