Businessman Rajesh Himatsingka Arrested For Duping Woman

GUWAHATI: Businessman Rajesh Himatsingka was arrested on Sunday from his tea estate factory at Amsoi on the city outskirts of on charges of cheating a woman. He was arrested following an order of the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Kamrup (Metro). The court order came under section 70 of CrPC after Draupadi Modi filed a case (No 1400c/ 2012) against Himantsinka that the industrialist cheated her to the tune of Rs 40 lakh.
