Cancellation of trains for Saturday due to capacity constraint in Kumedpur – Malda Town

GUWAHATI: The NF Railway on Friday informed that at least 10 trains will remain cancelled on December 21 due to capacity constraint in Kumedpur – Malda Town section as a result of damage to track and signalling systems during the agitation against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act. The trains are Howrah – Katihar Express, Katihar - Howrah Express, Sealdah – New Alipurduar Teesta Torsa Express, New Alipurduar - Sealdah Teesta Torsa Express, Kolkata – Radhikapur Express, Radhikapur - Kolkata Express, Sealdah - Saharsha Jn Hate Bazare Express, Saharsha Jn - Sealdah Hate Bazare Express, Raninagar Jalpaiguri - Haldibari Link Express and Haldibari - Raninagar Jalpaiguri Link Express.
