Cattle-laden vehicle seized; 2 arrested by Jorabat Police

GUWAHATI: Jorabat Police arrested two persons and seized a smuggled cow-laden DI vehicle (AS02CC 9767) last night.

The two arrested persons are the driver of the vehicle Prashant Das and handyman Pankaj Singh.

The smuggled cow-laden vehicle was reportedly heading towards Meghalaya from Rupahi in Nagaon.

OC of Jorabat Police Station Kapil Pathak led the operation.
