GUWAHATI: A team of the Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) of Paltan Bazar police station recovered one TVS Scooty bearing registration AS 14 H 6267 in an abandoned condition at Gandhi Mandap Road. The necessary steps are taken to hand it over to the owner.
