Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma calls on Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi

GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday called on Assam Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi at Raj Bhavan and held discussion on several issues concerning the State's development.

The duo discussed several issues including education. Moreover, the Chief Minister also apprised the Governor of schemes that the government was taking for the welfare of all sections of the people of the State. The Chief Minister and Governor also discussed on the development initiatives for the empowerment of the people of the State, stated a press release.
