Congress MLA from Lakhipur Rajdeep Gowala to join BJP: Himanta Biswa Sarma

GUWAHATI: Finance, Health, Education and PWD minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday claimed that the Congress MLA from Lakhipur Rajdeep Gowala would soon join the BJP. He also claimed that many other MLAs of the Congress would also join the ruling party. APCC (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) president Ripun Bora has, however, rejected Sarma’s claim.
