Controversy Over the Timing for Third Round of Gunatsav

GUWAHATI: Yet another controversy has been triggered on the timing of the third round of Gunatsav that is slated from February 4 to 7, 2020. The timing of the school evaluation process is under cloud as there are a number of programmes like the Sankardeva Sangha’s annual conference from February 5 to 8, the AXX (Axam Xahitya Xabha) session from January 31 to February 4, HSLC examinations from February 10 and the written examination of the Chief Minister’s special scholarship scheme on February 1 and 2, 2020. Teachers are a worried lot they are actively associated with all these programmes when Gunatsav have been fixed.
