Court of Special Judge reserves order on Rakesh Paul plea

GUWAHATI: The court of the Special Judge here on Monday reserved its order on a petition filed by prime accused in the APSC jobs-for-cash scam case, Rakesh Paul, seeking that all five cases against him be tried together. Paul is currently lodged in the Central Jail here in connection with separate cases registered in the Dibrugarh Police Station, the Bhangagarh Police Station, the Dispur Police Station, the CID and the Enforcement Directorate.
