Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Assam arrested Lat Mandal of Kamalpur Revenue Circle

GUWAHATI: A team of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption in Assam laid a trap in the office of the Circle Officer, Kamalpur Revenue Circle, and caught Gitanjali Deka Das immediately after she accepted Rs 5,000 as a bribe from the complainant. The bribe money has been recovered from her possession and has been seized accordingly in the presence of independent witnesses.

A case (23/2023) has been registered at the ACB Police Station today.
