Dr. Abhijit Sharma appointed as new GMCH Superintendant

GUWAHATI: Dr Abhijit Sharma has been appointed as the new Superintendent of the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Sharma has replaced Ramen Talukdar, who has been transferred to Lakhimpur Medical College. According to reports, HOD (Medicine) Dr Dhiraj Das has been suspended and Dr Achyut Baishya has been appointed as the new principal of the GMCH.
