Electric Vehicle charging station inaugurated in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: An electric vehicle charging station for electric vehicles (EVs) was inaugurated today by Arup Kumar Misra, chairman of the Pollution Control Board.

The electric vehicle charging station has been set up by the Indian Hotels Company Ltd, in association with Tata Power, in the premises of Vivanta Hotel at Khanapara in the city. Installed with all safety features as per government mandate, the EV station and its services will facilitate building a sustainable future, using renewable resources and nurturing the environment.
