Fashion designer Mousami Saikia Saharia found hanging in Jalukbari, Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A fashion designer, Mousami Saikia Saharia (30), was found in a state of hanging in her rented house at Sankardev Housing Complex at Jalukbari here on Sunday. Mystery shrouds the incident as she was staying in the house alone. Her husband is staying outside Assam. The police broke open the door of the house and recovered the body, and sent it to the GMCH for post-mortem. Mousami hailed from Mangaldai. According to the police, a youth of Amingaon, Dipankar Das, is being grilled in connection with the incident.
