FICN seized; one held by Garchuk Police

GUWAHATI: The Garchuk Police arrested one person identified as Babul Hussain of Chhaygaon with Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) near SBI at Garchuk on Thursday. The police also seized a FICN with a face value of Rs 2 lakh from his possession. Babul Hussain is currently being interrogated by the police, as they suspect that there may be a wider nexus involved. Further investigations are underway.
