General secretary Kalyan Gogoi quits APCC

GUWAHATI: APCC (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) general secretary (GS) Kalyan Gogoi resigned from the primary membership of the party on Tuesday. Gogoi alleged that he took the decision after the APCC leadership neglected him in giving party tickets to contest in the forthcoming polls.
