GMCH pharmacist Mridul Deka held for theft

A pharmacist of the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), identified as Mridul Deka, was caught red-handed on Tuesday while stealing medicines from the hospital.

GUWAHATI: A pharmacist of the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), identified as Mridul Deka, was caught red-handed on Tuesday while stealing medicines from the hospital.

The authorities found medicines worth about Rs. 50,000 in his possession. He was later handed over to the Bhangagarh police.
