Government Railway Police (GRP) seizes 10 gold biscuits at Kamakhya Railway Station

GUWAHATI: Personnel of the Government Railway Police (GRP) seized 10 gold biscuits from an individual at the Kamakhya Railway Station on Wednesday. As per sources, the GRP detained the man at Down Kaziranga Express.

The accused is identified as Bikash Goyal, a resident of Rohini in Delhi who was trying to smuggle gold biscuits. As per reports, he received the gold biscuits from a person in front of Vishal Mart in the Paltan Bazar area. The GRP caught him when he was heading for Delhi. Further, he was taken for interrogation. He has yet to reveal the person from whom he took the gold biscuits.
