Guwahati: Cyber Thieves Hack Bank Account Of Dispur College; Steals Over Rs 75 Lakh

Guwahati: In a shocking incident, cybercriminals hacked the bank account of Dispur College at Guwahati in Assam.

More than Rs 75 lakh has been allegedly stolen by cyber thieves from the bank account of Dispur College in Guwahati, Assam.

The bank account of the Dispur College is in a Bank of Baroda branch in Guwahati.

The cyber theft reportedly occurred on May 2.

An FIR has been filed by the College authorities at the Dispur police station in Guwahati in connection with the alleged cyber theft.
