Guwahati Municipal Corporation Seals Ice-Cream Factory at Jalukbari

GUWAHATI: As a part of the ongoing drive by the Guwahati Municipal Corporation against eateries not maintaining hygiene requirements, departmental officials sealed an ice cream factory located in the Jalukbari locality of Guwahati on Wednesday. The civic body took action against M/S Royal Kamala Ice, situated in Jalukbari. During the inspection, it was found that the trade licence of the outlet had not been renewed since 2018. The unhygienic conditions of the outlet also raised concerns regarding the despicable conditions and the clear violations of all norms, posing a risk to the health of the public.
