Guwahati: Guwahati Police on Wednesday took cognizance of a viral audio clip where two persons are heard abusing Hindus and inciting violence against them.

A Twitter user named Vinayak Dev Trivedi tagged Guwahati Police and apprised them of the matter. The user claimed that one of the persons involved is from Guwahati and the other one is from Bikaner in Rajasthan.

In the audio, a person identified as Nadeem can be heard abusing Hindus and passing vicious comments.

''While slaughtering a cow in our area, a Hindu came and said whatever is being done is wrong, to which I replied go and call police and administration you do whatever you want to. We will f**k you,'' he was heard as saying in the video with another person named Sabnam.

He further fiercely abused Hindus, their mother, and sisters in the audio.

According to reports, the audio clip going viral was shared on Twitter by a person named TiredBhiim.

"Absolutely sick. Look how much hatred is filled in these people towards Hindus. This is Sabnam and his friend Nadeem," the user wrote.

Meanwhile, Trivedi in another tweet confirmed that the both Bikaner and Guwahati police have confirmed the same on Wednesday.

''We finally have an update from @Bikaner_Police ! @GuwahatiPol has already confirmed it yesterday. Let's just stop tagging and let the law do the rest. Satyamev jayte. Thank you all,'' he tweeted.
