Guwahati Press Club organized social audit training for journalists

GUWAHATI: 'Social Audit' training for journalists was conducted by Data Leads, in association with Google, was hosted by Guwahati Press Club here on Monday.

Journalists from several newspapers and digital media platforms participated in the training, conducted by Google News Initiative Trainer and UNI senior correspondent Sushmita Goswami. The training series 'Social Audit' is a special initiative for Indian newsrooms, organizations and press clubs to empower them to monitor social media more effectively. Tips to monitor Facebook, Twitter, and how to spot dubious websites, and ultimately bring the audiences the high-quality, fact-based reporting were shared during the training.
