GUWAHATI: The State Government has extended the Har Ghar Dastak 2.0 till June 27, 2022, given the flood situation in the State.
According to sources in the Directorate of Health Service, the vaccination drive from June 6- June 20 could not achieve the target due to the devastating floods in the state for the last seven to eight days. Under this drive, the health officials administer the first, second and the precautionary vaccine doses to all eligible people (12+). Some pockets in the state have people who have not yet taken the first dose. It is one of the reasons behind the Har Ghar Dastak 2.0.
