Indian Red Cross Society, Assam conducts awareness drive to fight against COVID-19

GUWAHATI: The Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Assam State Branch is continuously carrying out several awareness programmes during the fight against COVID-19. The IRCS has recently started an awareness programme for the frontline workers of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC). As a part of this drive, the IRCS conducted the 5th phase and trained the frontline workers of GMC in Dispur. The volunteers trained the GMC workers on hand washing, maintaining hygiene and social distancing and do’s and don’ts of COVID-19.
