Jalukbari Police filed Suo Moto case against one person for lockdown violation

GUWAHATI: Jalukbari police registered a Suo Moto case (538/2020 under Section 188/269/270) against a person identified as Subrata Dey. Dey reportedly distributed food items among people near Pandu College without following any social distancing norms, leading to a mass gathering.
