Jirighat Police seized 4.5 kg Ganja, one person arrested

GUWAHATI: Acting on a tip-off, the Jirighat Police, on Friday, arrested a person with 4.5 kilograms of Ganja. The accused have been identified as Rubel Hussain Laskar (21).
