Kamrup (M) DC has issued an order and declared protected areas

GUWAHATI: The Kamrup (M) DC has issued an order declaring the southern side of GS Road from Ganeshguri flyover up to Supermarket Police point, the 60-feet road from Supermarket police point to Last Gate, from Last Gate along the RP Road up to the entry point Assam Legislative Assembly, from Ganesh Mandir up to Ganeshguri Chariali as protected areas under Section 8 of the Assam Maintenance of Public Order Act, 1947 until further order.
