Lok Sabha election-2024: Assam BJP accomplishes ‘Mission BTR Phase-I’

GUWAHATI: The State BJP has completed Phase I of its Mission BTR within a month in the run-up to the Lok Sabha election-2024.

State BJP chief spokesperson Manoj Baruah said, "The party has successfully completed organizational activities in the 40-constituncy BTC as part of the party Mission BTR in November, 2023. During the one-month mission, the 40 karyakartas of the party visited every BTC-Booth-Committee and interacted with their office-bearers. The booth committees have apprised the karyakartas of their organizational status and booth empowerment. The 15 party MLAs appointed as in-charges of the Assembly segments in the BTR have organized a karyakarta conference in each LAC segment. The office bearers of every booth committee of the Party took part in the Karyakarta conference. The party has also organized a booth sanmilan in each of the 15 LAC segments in the BTR under the supervision of a senior minister."
