Nigerian held with fake Visa at Guwahati International Airport

GUWAHATI: A Nigerian citizen was detained at the Guwahati International Airport for entering the country without valid documents. The woman in question had travelled to Guwahati onboard an Air Asia flight on Wednesday night.

The woman was identified as Bhadi Mikale, bearing a Nigerian passport numbered 17AL63261 and a fake Indian Visa numbered VJ7428631. Borjhar Police took her into custody and held her at the Azara Police Station for the night. She was produced in court on Thursday, which granted judicial custody of the woman.
