Northeast Frontier Railway to operate puja special trains

 GUWAHATI: The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to operate another four pairs of puja special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the forthcoming puja season. The puja special trains will run between New Jalpaiguri, Sealdah, and Howrah, New Jalpaiguri. Suvidha Puja Special Train No. 82315 (Sealdah-New Jalpaiguri) will run for one trip, leaving from Sealdah at 23:40 hours on October 21 to reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45 hours on the next day. In the return direction, Suvidha Puja Special Train No. 82316 (New Jalpaiguri-Sealedah) will run for one trip, leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45 hours on October 22 to reach Sealdah at 00:30 hours on the next day. Suvidha Puja Special Train No. 82301 (Howrah-New Jalpaiguri) will run for one trip, leaving from Howrah at 23:55 hours on October 25 to reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45 hours on the next day. In the return direction, Suvidha Puja Special Train No. 82302 (New Jalpaiguri-Howrah) will run for one trip, leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45 hours on October 26 to reach Howrah at 00:10 hours on the next day.

Puja Special Train No. 03103 (Sealdah-New Jalpaiguri) will run for five trips, leaving from Sealdah at 23:40 hours on all Saturdays from October 28 until November 25 to reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45 hours on the next day. In the return direction, Puja Special Train No. 03104 (New Jalpaiguri-Sealedah) will run for five trips, leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45 hours on all Sundays from October 29 until November 26 to reach Sealdah at 00:30 hours on the next day. Puja Special Train No. 03027 (Howrah-New Jalpaiguri) will run for five trips, leaving from Howrah at 23:55 hours on all Wednesdays from November 1 until November 29, to reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45 hours on the next day. In the return direction, Puja Special Train No. 03028 (New Jalpaiguri-Howrah) will run for five trips, leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45 hours on all Thursdays from November 2 until 30 to reach Howrah at 00:10 hours on the next day, stated a press release.
