Notice served to former APSC Principal Controller of Examination

GUWAHATI: The Justice Biplab Kumar Sharma Commission on Tuesday served notice to former Principal Controller of Examination of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC), Babul Saharia. He has been given 15 days to reply to the notice of the Commission. Saharia was the Principal Controller of Examination when the result of the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE), 2014 was declared.

The Assam Government had formed a one-man judicial inquiry commission headed by Justice Biplab Kumar Sharma, retired Judge of Gauhati High Court, to inquire into the allegations of anomalies and malpractices in the conduct of the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE), 2014 examination of the APSC.
