Pandu College Girls Tried to be Injected with Drugs

GUWAHATI: Two Pandu college girls who were returning from college and were making their way home, had a hair-raising experience on Friday. They got on public transport (tempo) and were on the way to South Sadilapur when two masked men tried to inject them with drugs. As soon as the Pandu College girls became aware of what was happening, they promptly jumped out of the running vehicle where one of them sustained major injuries and had to be rushed to the hospital. Jalukbari police are investigating the matter and have detained the vehicle driver Rajiv Roy.
