Pragya Assam, Quiz held at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra

GUWAHATI: Pragya Assam, a state-level quiz competition organized by MyGov Assam in association with Directorate of Cultural Affairs at Banikanta Kakati Auditorium in Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra in Guwahati on Saturday.

The prize money quiz was held as part of the Asom Divas to be celebrated throughout the state on December 2 in remembrance of the first Ahom king Chaolung Sukapha, who played a vital role in unifying the various indigenous ethnic groups of Assam. The winners also received appreciation certificates signed by the Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal and a bundle of books, a press release stated.
