RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on three-day visit to Assam

GUWAHATI: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsangchalak Mohan Bhagwat arrived on Thursday for a three-day visit in Assam. He will be attending a training camp at Geet Ashram in Hojai. RSS North Assam Region Prachar Karma Kishore Shivam informed the media that Mohan Bhagwat arrived this evening at around 5 p.m. at LGBI airport and was directly headed to Hojai.

A training camp has been organized from July 12 until August 12 at Geeta Ashram in Hojai, where Mohan Bhagwat will address the camp and have an exchange of views with the trainees. At least 161 RSS members are taking part in the training camp. There are 95 trainees from the North Assam region, 12 from the South Assam region, four from the Arunachal region, 44 from the Tripura region, and six from the Manipur region. Mohan Bhagwat will be returning to Guwahati on July 29 and will leave Assam on July 30.
