GUWAHATI: In order to observe the ‘Ek Taarikh-Ek Ghanta’ a special programme as per the initiative of the Government of India, Samagra Siksha, Assam (SSA) has announced a Shramdaan for Swachhata programme on Sunday. As a part of the Shramdaan for Swachhata programme, SSA has appealed to clean schools, playgrounds, and nearby areas of the schools, along with community members, SMC/SMDC, mother groups, etc.
In this line, SSA had ordered the Inspectors of Schools, District Mission Coordinators, and District Elementary Education Officers of all districts to arrange the programme and involve students, teachers, community members, etc. to clean the schools and nearby areas and upload photographs on social media tagging Samagra Shiksha Assam.
