Scrap Citizenship Amendment Act demands Pratibandhis (differently-able people) of Assam

GUWAHATI: Amidst the protest against the CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), the pratibandhis (differently-abled people) of the State also raised their protest against the Act. In the protest against the CAA staged by the artistes of the State, the pratibandhis too took part and demanded to scrap of the Act.

The pratibandhis said that they would never accept the CAA. Nripen Malakar from the Pratibandhi Suraksha Santha said, “What else can we expect from a government that indulged in manhandling pratibandhis. The government knows nothing but oppressive policy.”
