Special TET examination slated, rescheduled on October 3, 2021 across Assam

GUWAHATI: The 'Special TET" (Teachers Eligibility Test), earlier slated February 28, 2021, has now been rescheduled on October 3, 2021 across the State, announcing this, the TET Empowered Committee for Assam also said that "fresh admit cards will be issued". The Committee added that within September 10, 2021, the candidates must download the admit cards by logging into the website www.ssa.assam.gov.in.

Mentionably, the earlier scheduled TET could not be held due to the Assembly polls notification and also the COVID-19 restrictions.

The latest notification of the Government of Assam issued on September 6 said, "Due to administrative exigencies, the centres of the candidates in some of the districts have been shifted to other districts."
