Stolen scooty recovered; one arrested in Guwahati city

Guwahati: A Central Guwahati Police District team from Pan Bazaar PS has arrested one Prasanta Boro of Lokhora after he was caught with a reportedly stolen Honda Dio Scooter.  Legal action has been initiated against the accused.
